I went to Uplift Spas today and got a massage from Bill Wangard the owner. He was able to work out the severe knots I had in my lower back, my shoulders and my upper back. The service was incredible and Bill was so welcoming of me to his spa. Thanks again Bill. I will be visiting again in the future to keep up with releasing the knots in my back that you recommended.
