Let me start by saying the customer service is good, but technique needs major improvement. Its bad when you can’t do a simple ombre nail. I see why they have a 4 star rating. This is the place you come to when you need a fill and your regular nail tech is booked, or just get a simple pedicure & call it a day. I will not be back. And Im going to the nail salon next door to fix the situation. Im incredibly disappointed and have called my bank to reverse the charges. Im not paying for something I didn’t want. Dont be fooled by these pic’s. It looks horrible in person
