Honestly.. was thinking of writing this review for awhile now. I went in for a quick lip, everyone was nice so the issue isn’t customer service but my lips are uneven. I felt like the process was rushed. The nurse didn’t pay enough attention to my lips before injecting and didn’t notice that one side was naturally a little smaller. After injecting half a syringe into just my top lip it made that issue a lot more noticeable.. that people are actually commenting on how I have too much lip liner on one side.. after injecting the nurse said “ oh your lips are naturally smaller on that side…” and then started trying to convince me to come back in two weeks to add another half syringe.. another $300+ plus tip.. which is not what I want.. ya … probably not coming back here…

Upkeep is amazing!! all of the injectors are good. I personally prefer Cynthia Perez. I’ve gotten botox with some of the other injectors before,but Cynthia has been the only one to ged rid of a tough forehead wrinkle I have.I will only trust her with my face. I’ve began going to upkeep in July of this year and have since moved over an hour away but I will literally never go to another injector aside from Shivani. She makes you feel so comfortable and genuinely does amazing work. Her lip filler is always so beautiful – basically a “your lips but better” job which is exactly what I wanted. She doesn’t push more than you need which I really appreciate and she takes the time to educate you on what she’s doing. She is the best! Can’t recommend her more.

We went there with my best friend and her mom because she had booked a free consultation. The esthetician called Ariana came out of the room and the first think she asked was “Are you having a meeting” ?! She was being ironic without even greeting her customers (the one that pay her bills) and told us that no one could come in the room except the patient. No one even asked her this.

I had reached out to Shivani a week or so prior to my appointment and she answered all my questions and eased my concerns so thoughtfully and thoroughly. The G Village location is so cute and the staff are so friendly. Shivani was able to give me the lips of my dreams and I cannot wait to continue to work with her on other areas of my face. Her energy online matched 100% and more in person, she explained everything throughout the process and took her time to let me know what was going on. I have been going to upkeep for years and I recently just got another syringe of vobella done by shivani! shes so friendly and made sure I was comfortable and didnt leave without any quesitons unanswered. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and beautiful from inside and out. I followed up with her after regarding healing process and I am healing wonderfully.
