UYA was the first to introduce henna eyebrow tints to me, which I now SWEAR by given how long they last! They’re the only I trust with my brows now, well worth the 30 minute drive there. If you value your time and money and expect to be treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism then this is the wrong business to support. Please I caution you DO NOT GO THERE!!! Their service and lack of professionalism, especially coming from the owner are distasteful and highly appalling. You can tell she has a long way to go on how to service her clients and the importance of customer service experience and reputation risk. For all the other successful black owned businesses in Charlotte who offers similar services and do the right thing. Keep it up hopefully you guys can send this owner a tutorial on how to manage an institution correctly.

Stay away. Poor quality lashes, lash tech didn’t do a good job and she was CUTTING my lashes. Yes my eyes might be closed but the snipping of metal scissors are very obvious. Lashes fell out SO quick, literally as soon as leaving the place. Weren’t secure at all they were drooping down into my eyes and going in all different directions constantly falling out. When I reached out they acted like they wanted to help and fix at no cost and work around my availability (specifically said come in next week) when I finally got a chance to go in they switched and said I’d have to pay HALF of the full price since it’s been a week . I have 3 lashes left after ONE week bc their tech did a horrible job, but I have to pay to get it fixed? And then I was blocked 🙂

Got henna and threading.She cut my eyebrow multiple times and jerked me in the chair. Horrible customer service treated me rude the entire time. I told her she cut my eyebrow and she said to apply aloe Vera ,no you shouldn’t cut my freaking eyelid in first place.
