Wonderful Spa! I booked the 3 hour experience with Cassandra and loved every moment of it. Can’t wait to visit UP Wellness again. Cassandra is very sweet, respectful and caring with years of experience! I felt like a marshmallow by the end of my visit, relaxed and happy! Im so happy I found this spa! I was in need of a spa to help me on my wellness journey post breast explant! Its the perfect combination of massage if you want to simply relax or mud detox, colonics and sauna if you want to amp it up. Im so happy i do not have to go to multiple places for all of these things. Cassandra is a phenomenal massage therapist and performa different techniques and modalities. I literally drive 30 minutes out if my way to see her because its worth it! The spa is super clean and the owner Delisha is knowledgeable to all aspects wellness which makes me feel comfortable! Theyre continuing to add on new services that i cannot wait to try. Thank you! 🙂
