Stylist had a wonderful personality…but that’s where the fun unfortunately stopped for me. Left with maybe the worst haircut I have ever received . I feel bad because she did offer to fix it but was honestly just happy to get out of there with the hair I still had left on my head. The place had a cool vibe with some talented barbers I just picked the wrong chair…but that happens when you try on a new spot without a referral.

Just moved to the area and in a hurry clicked on the wrong Up Top barbershop (Hartford) and didn’t realize until I showed up for my 5:45. Upon doing so I called and spoke to Josh who was super understanding and said that if I still wanted to come in he would wait since he had no next day availability. Not only did Josh wait when he didn’t have to, he provided a phenomenal haircut (especially for the price, best in area). Will definitely be returning for my next cut with Josh.
