Very unprofessional and rude. Does not keep appointments! Made an appointment for a massage and was told to come in at a certain time. Once I arrived I was told “they don’t know who I spoke with on the phone but they didn’t set an appointment”. I said I just spoke with you on the phone and then I was told the wait would be 1 hour so I agreed and proceeded to sit in the lobby. I was then told I couldn’t Wait there and for me to come back another day.
