Made an appointment for a massage to help induce labor online hours before the appt time. 20 min before the appointment, the masseuse called me to tell me she cannot do it. This is clearly a time sensitive issue and the lack of professionalism in honoring this appointment is very disappointing to me. Also, calling me that last minute so I lost the entire day when it comes to rescheduling is pretty unfortunate.
