Emily is the only person I will let cut my son’s hair. She is never flustered, even if he has a tantrum because he doesn’t like the sound/feel of clippers. Her patience and kindness are clearly just part of who she is. We will keep driving 45 minutes just to come here every other weekend.

Brought a child to this salon as a walk in appointment about 1.5 hours before they closed. When we arrived there were 3 kids ahead and an adult. I was told that there was an appointment ahead of me in 30 minutes but they could fit my child in before closing. We waited until 15 minutes before they closed. We left at that time because A woman had showed up without a child and wanted a full style/coloring, and then a mother with 3 kids. (the appointment the stylist who checked us in had mentioned) We were pushed back in favor of people ‘booking’ on the website well after we had arrived and checked in for our walk-in. We waited almost 2 hours and then were unable to get a haircut anywhere else because most salons were closed at that point. I understand being short staffed etc, but imagine having to explain to a 4 year old that we have to leave because the adult lady in the chair has to come to a kid’s salon for a full wash/cut/style, and we won’t be able to to go anywhere else because everything is now closed. I honestly don’t understand why the stylists couldn’t have given my child a quick ten minute cut before turning to the adult and investing the rest of their shift in that person. Be honest in the future about your capacity/ability to serve clients.

I don’t have her name but she was very patient with my son while he had a meltdown over the clippers. Did a great job on his fade, especially with how squirmy he was.

Great safe! Nice play area for the kids to play while they wait to get there hair cut! The lady that cut my son hair did amazing job!

While the salon is cute, albeit a little tacky, the lady who cut my sons hair did a terrible job. She had a terrible attitude and seemed very annoyed that we went there. My son is 18 months old, while I understand that an 18 month old is difficult to style, but she could have at least tried a little harder. My poor boy looks like Lloyd Christmas.

The ladies here are so sweet! My daughter is 4 and just got her first hair cut. She was so scared that getting her hair cut was going to hurt, even though I told her it wouldn’t. They let her pick out something to watch and she was so focused on the movie that she didn’t even know her hair was getting cut! Then they let her pick out a bow and a piece of candy! Thank you so much for coming to Findlay!!

My daughter and I got hair cuts over the weekend and I wanted to go short with a pixie type cut. I had a picture of what I wanted and the young lady that cut my hair acted unsure of doing it. And recommend that I just get a trim instead. So I guess if you go there beware that you may not get what you want. Because I most definitely didn’t walk out with what I wanted and unhappy.
