I used to love coming here. But as of late she has canceled on me more than once! It is extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. It is hard to find a stylist that works with you, but appears that she has taken on more than she can chew and is no longer reliable. It is very unfortunate. Her skills are great, but her reliability has faltered.

I walked in to ask a question about services due to the fact that no one had answered the phones. I had called several times because im new to the area and her salon looked like a really good option. I was met with a very cold uncomfortable environment. The women working (I believe she was the owner)basically told me to go do my own hair at home with splat. She was unable to multi-task helping her 1 client while answering a question. I felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. She came off cold and judgmental. I will definitely not be recommending this salon or be seeking a service here again.
