They take the COVID-19 seriously, customers have to wear a mask which I knew that, they wear a mask and gloves and hand sanitizer all over the salon. Even with gloves on I got a great haircut. Thumbs up Ashley Ashley is meticulous about cleanliness and I still wore a mask she has no problem cutting my hair with it on. Still great haircuts s lm and meticulous about cleanliness. Still great cuts (8/16/22) and still high standards.

My kids and I went to Untamed in October/November 2020 and the stylist did a nice job with all of our haircuts. We all have curly hair and I was very impressed when we left. I decided to return in March 2021 and showed the stylist some pictures of cuts I liked. I let her know I had curly hair, let her know I didn’t use products and I didn’t straighten my hair and just let my hair go curly/wavy. I had to remind her I wanted a bang and she straighten my hair. When I got home to see how it looked after my cut and let it fall “natural” it has been by far one of my worst haircuts. It falls flat [something I mentioned I didn’t like] and it just puffs up at the bottom. I absolutely hate it and will be wearing it up until it grows out some and I can visit another salon to help. Aside from that the price went up significantly from my last visit. I asked for a receipt and she told me it would be sent from the app and I never got one. I was very unimpressed this time and sadly I probably won’t return.

Trish is my absolute favorite. I followed her from another salon and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Trish has also been cutting my sons hair since he was very young. She has always been patient and gentle with him. When I get my hair done Trish always listens to what I want and makes sure I’m happy before I leave. Untamed has great covid precautions, too! Very safe and clean.

I’ve never had a bright/unnatural color so I was nervous going into it, but she absolutely nailed it!!! Not only did my color come out great, but she gave me bangs for the first time in probably about 5 years. We all know how bangs go. They’re either GREAT or AWFUL. And again, Leah delivered. I have been going to Trish for years! She is the absolutely best! I have never left unhappy and I have followed her where ever she has gone! I highly recommend her to anyone that wants a hairdresser that listens and follows through to give you what you want! And Untamed Salon and Spa is beautiful and relaxing!!
