First time she asked me to come in earlier but was late, second time o waited an hour, she said that she’d be there in 20 minutes and never showed up. The shop always smells like weed, they’re always playing loud offensive music and always having inappropriate conversations. Their work is good but not good enough for me to come back.

Unprofessional! Booked a hair appointment for my birthday 3 weeks in advance. Got a call 3 days before the appointment asking if I could come in that day I said no because my birthday isn’t until Monday the 14th & didn’t want it done too early plus I was at work! Then received a call the day of my appointment at 9am confirming I was still coming I said YES my appointment was at 3pm. Arrived at my appointment at 2:30 to be advised I would have to come back at 5. Completely unprofessional and I would never even attempt to book here again.
