Don’t waste your time or money with Gina. My lashes were done on a Tuesday— by Thursday half had fallen out and honestly my natural lashes w mascara looked 10 better than what I had after getting my lashes “done”. I called Gina to see if she can fix them as I was leaving out of town the following Monday and wanted to have my lashes done for my trip— I was so pleased when she said she will fix them for me Sunday at 3pm! I showed up to the appointment as scheduled only to be met with a closed salon. 2 calls and a text message later, Gina replies that “Omg” she totally forgot about the appt! And no she could not do it that day later, and no she would not give me a refund either. So there I was a day before my vacation without the lashes, $180 spent and no opportunity to have them fixed anywhere else. Seriously— go anywhere else!

Best lash extension experience you could ask for. Gina is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and talented. I’ve never had a lash artist take time to explain the science behind proper lash technique and what it means for lash health and longevity. I thought it was normal to be constantly irritated by them, chalking it up to beauty is pain (it’s not normal!). She also spent time explaining proper after care vs just handing me a piece of paper with instructions (who actually reads them??). Not only was Gina extremely thorough and knowledgeable, she was also super personable and friendly. So glad I found someone who is 1)so close 2) a true perfectionist that clearly takes a lot of pride in their work.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve always enjoyed all of my experiences here. I recently went for a lash appointment. As I walked into the hallway I was immediately talked about, saying “does she annoy you as much as she annoys me”. “Her voice is so annoying”. By the nail technician. Also saying she was happy when she no longer had to do my nails. I did not even know how to respond or react. It was so unprofessional. My feelings were so hurt! You should not be discussing clients whatsoever in the work place. If you must do it at all at least do it on your own time, outside the work space. As I walked into the hallway I was immediately talked about, saying “does she annoy you as much as she annoys me”. “Her voice is so annoying”. By the nail technician.
