Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWorst business in Bourbonnais. I sign up every summer for 3 years. This year I go in to cancel my membership, there is one girl who said it was her 1st day work alone. I asked her to cancel my membership and take my last payment from my debit card instead of my credit card on file because I transferred the balance on my credit card to another card. She completed the transaction with my debit card. A month later I find out that I was still charged on my credit card. I disputed the transaction over the phone with them. They told me my membership had indeed been cancelled. I paid the $53.99 for the month of tanning that I didn’t even use. Just to find out they continued to charge me 9/25 ($53.99), 10/23 ($53.99), then a week later ($43.99). I filed a dispute with Discover in September then followed up with then after the Oct. charge and then randomly they charge my account once again 11/1 ($43.99). They will not stop so I had to freeze my account and continue to deal with disputing charges through my credit card company all because this place is poorly run and a complete scam.Service: TanningWorst business in Bourbonnais. Worst business in Bourbonnais. I sign up every summer for 3 years. This year I go in to cancel my membership, there is one girl who said it was her 1st day work alone. I asked her to cancel my membership and take my last payment from my debit card instead of my credit card on file because I transferred the balance on my credit card to another card.
