Don’t know what happened to this place rude staff the smell of cleaning supplies. Where it burns your eyes and nose omg. I guess Kristian is new Manager. Rude definately needs a customer service class yelled at me infront of another customer with the district manager saying wouldn’t you rather no the salon is clean. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going to the Plainfield salon for about 2 weeks now & I highly recommend Unlimited Tan. Benni – the owner, Sarah & Hannah are the main staff at this location & they are all very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. It was my 1st time trying Cryotherapy & Red Light Therapy. The staff was great at explaining everything & answering all my questions. I also tried out their Lockport location. The salon is huge & beautiful. Gaby was working the day I stopped in & she’s a doll – very friendly & helpful, also. After tanning for 2 weeks, I have a golden brown tan. I’m very happy with the results. I’ve noticed positive benefits from the Cryotherapy & Red Light Therapy, also. Bring your attorney! I purchased my girlfriend a gift package for kryo and tanning. Upon her first visit for kryo she was told she couldn’t use her remaining balance for kryo just tanning. She wanted to do another kryo for the advertised $20 special and was told she could not use her gift card or purchase the $20 special. She was told if she purchased $100 worth of tanning lotion product she would receive a $100 tanning special. We looked up the tanning product online and it sold for 65% less than she paid including free delivery. After several tanning sessions as part of the “product deal” she wanted to us the gift card and was told it expired! This was only 90 days after I purchased the gift card. Absolutely crooks. I would recommend tanning in Alaska before ever going to this place.

I went to this location for the first time and had the best experience. Hannah was very knowledgeable about Cryotherapy and helped me the whole way through. I went tanning after also and again she was so wonderful. I will be getting a membership here from her because of knowledge and the way I was treated. Thank you Hannah!!!!

I went there on Tuesday because they have been known for their $5 Tuesday tan special. I asked the man working(who I believe is the manager/owner) if they still have that special going since it has been a while since I’d been there. He proceeded to tell me he had no idea what I was talking about they have never had that special. So I end up spending $25 on the tan. As I’m walking into the tanning booth ..confused by our conversation because I’m 100 % sure they have always had that special.. I look on the wall and there is the sign $5 tan Tuesdays!!!! Exactly like I thought. Unfortunately when I was done tanning the guy was no where to be found. So I did not say anything to him. My advice is stay away. Go to L.A tan where they don’t try to scam their customers !!! Will definitely not be going back.

This is the best place for getting spray tans. As a cheer mom, my daughter gets a spray always right before her competitions, and it turns out perfect. Employees are so helpful and knowledgeable, I recommend Unlimited Tan to any mom who has a cheer leader or if you just want to tan for yourself. Perfect for those looking for prom season as well!

Ben was really helpful explaining a spray tan “cocktail”. Tanning in a bed before getting sprayed. Whatever the science behind it, it works. I guess it opens up your pores to help get a better tan. It worked! Love the results! Thanks Ben for recommending, looking forward to seeing how long it lasts.
