Love the different bed options, and the awesome deals they have. Such a clean salon and the beds are in pretty good shape. They even offer a bed with body misting, aroma therapy scents(which did not work when I used that bed but it was only one time) and even A/C! Really nice staff except one girl, not sure on her name. I was hoping to squeeze a tan in after work. It was a Sunday and they did close at 6 but I got there about 10 minutes until 6. Before I could even tell her how long (I only tan for 6 minutes) or what bed she made sure to tell me they closed at 6, which I understand but coming from a background in customer service, I do know that making a client uncomfortable and pretty much saying I didnt have time to tan is not good customer service. I could see if I walked in right at 6 and she was just about to lock the door… Keep the friendly helpful staff, lose the rude chick that seems to think turning customers away because she has something better to do is unacceptable. Otherwise… Beautiful, well kept, and AWESOME place to tan.

Someone needs to call the better business bureau on this dump. How can you take peoples money knowing how old and burnt out your bulbs are and sell packages to people knowing that they are paying for nothing? Do not go to this location they do not keep up with there beds. The bulbs are never changed and even there employees will tell you how old the bulbs are!!!!!! Owner is never there and maintenance is never kept up on the beds so they dont work properly. The girls are always really nice and helpful and clean up really good but if they beds dont work dont spend your money there!!!!

The staff is great! The girl at the front makes it seem as though we’ve been friends forever. She’s helpful and informative. The beds are very clean, and there is never a long wait. Been wanting to go tanning for a long time now but couldn’t because there are not many salons close to my house. The ones that are have crappy hours and even crappier beds. I’m so happy we finally have this where I live. I love it and do not regret buying a package here.

Just went in there today and the front desk woman was so helpful! She explained all of the beds to me and gave me a tour. She also went through all of the lotions with me and helped me choose what would work best. I purchased the 79$ monthly unlimited plan and did a cocktail tan in versa spa and level 7 bed. I am very happy with this salon and would recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend Unlimited Tan! I am currently tanning there for my very first time in a tanning salon. The facility and beds are extremely clean. The plsce is kept up very well. I overall want to mention that I felt so comfortable there. The manager was outstanding! I explained to her some of my concerns ans she professionally addressed it. She explained all the packages and bed levels to me. I also addressed that I was nervous and very claustrophobic. She took out her time to being me back to a bed and explain the whole process from start to finish. I was very pleased with my service. All of the girls I’ve been in contact with have been so sweet and helpful. I’ve gone about 8 times and today I saw thr manager again. I made sure I thanked her for helping me through it all and making me feel so comfortable and not anxious. I truly enjoy it and recommend this salon. Thank you to all of thr employees at Unlimited Tan!

Great tanning salon. Very reasonable pricing with awesome day to day deals. Ive used both the Joliet/Shorewood location, as well as the Minooka location. Each visit, I have been greeted by friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable staff. Its a rarity to find a salon in which the staff actually has a clue what they’re talking about haha–Not to mention, this place is cleaner than a doctors office lately…..
