Their prices are pretty high not going to lie.. however I continue to pay it because they do have the nicest beds.. I always get a great tan. Anywhere else in the area has really cheap beds that make me sense they will break or start on fire haha. Anyways, staff is always nice and approachable. I’ve been a member since 2007 or so.. and for a good reason! 🙂

Horrible! My boyfriend purchased a gift card for me over the phone with a manager as a gift. They charged his card and said everything would be taken care of for me when I came in. When I went in they said the gift card wouldn’t work without a credit card on file. Why would I need a card on file if it’s already paid for? They couldn’t answer that question. So I had them refund the money. This place is a scam. Stay AWAY!!!!

I initially purchased a “daily deal” which consisted of buy 6 months of the celebrity package you would get 6 months free so I pretty much paid for 1 year of tanning up front in January of 2013. I asked to cancel my account in December of 2013 (30 day prior to the expiration of what I paid for I did NOT want my card on file to be charged at any point) I CANCELLED because I was tired of the crabby employees and poor customer service; I was sent back to an un-sanitized dirty room on multiple occasions. It was unfortunate to have to ask for my bed to be cleaned and then get attitude from the employees for asking them to do there job. I asked for a CANCELATION FORM FROM THE MANAGER! Instead, I was slid a release form to freeze my membership for 6 months and that is NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! When I Noticed a charge on my monthly banking statement in July of 2014, 6 months after I “supposedly” froze my membership that I was billed for an entire month of tanning I did NOT use.
