I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was here! I went in Monday for a wash and blowout from Esperanza who was fantastic. I came back just two days later and Myra did a phenomenal job with my microlink sew-in. I honestly think that, no matter who I go to, I’m bound to leave happy. To top it off, everyone is so sweet and welcoming and you can tell that seeing their clients leave happy brings them so much joy! So glad to have finally found an awesome Dominican salon after moving to New Jersey from NYC!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is one of the best salons I have ever been to! I went with a big terrible knot I got after I took my braids out. Everyone said I would have to cut my hair but Mayra worked on that knot for about 2 hours and with a lot of patience she detangled it without cutting hair not only that, after that she cut my hair and blow dried it making it look beautiful and healthy again. I am soo happy I found this gem in Newark. From now on only Mayra does my hair!!! Totally recommend them.This is one of the best salons I have ever been to! I have been going here for years, even when they were first located by broadway across from Burger King where Taco Bell is now. The owner knows my hair, knows what I like and there are times I just tell her to do her own thing with a particular hair cut or even color. She has reasonable prices and is worth it, because she’s always professional and gives great advise about hair care. I recommend her to anyone looking for a long term hair stylist.
