First impressions were how nice the salon actually was. The front desk lady was super chill, she was hard to understand which made me feel bad for not understanding her through her ascent. Then the lady who actually did my nails, SUPER SWEET. She was super precise with my nails and did have some conversations with me. I’ve never had my nails done this well before. They’re super straight, flakes are perfectly in place, and the length was exactly how I wanted it. 11/10 recommend this place, they can do way more detail than any other nail salon I’ve been to.

My friend recommended this shop to me, so I decided to go in to get last minute homecoming nails done with my mom. We were seated for pedicures quickly, but both received extra massages with our pedicures that we specifically told them not to do as they came with an extra price. It also seemed as though tools weren’t being sanitized properly between customers. The gel application was also generally uneven and a bit sloppy.

I am extremely happy with the quality of my nails and the service I receive every time! Although I typically always have an appointment, they do a great job at accommodating walk ins. My nails always last 3+ weeks and have never had an issue with chipping or loosing a nail. My nail tech is able to copy every reference picture I show her perfectly! I’ve been going here for about a year and have never been disappointed. I am extremely happy with the quality of my nails and the service I receive every time! Although I typically always have an appointment, they do a great job at accommodating walk ins. My nails always last 3+ weeks and have never had an issue with chipping or loosing a nail. Walked in on an early Friday afternoon for nail shellac & brow shaping. There was no waiting for nail service & my brows were serviced immediately after my nails were done. My only complaint was too many nail colors to choose from! Try to already know what color you want or you’ll be overwhelmed with color choices! I changed my mind 2 or 3 times before setting on a Spring color. Competitive prices.

I used to love coming to Unlimited Nails Spa and now I’m just done and not coming anymore. I have gotten my nails done here multiple times, and majority of the time the nail technicians clip off my cuticles way too much to the point where I bleed excessively. The nail technicians proceed not to do anything to make the situation better and instead use acetone on the part of my finger that’s bleeding (which stings a LOT) and just wipe off my blood like it’s nothing. It’s honestly ridiculous how majority of the time I’ve come here, the nail technicians are way too aggressive with removing cuticles. There should be no reason why I end up bleeding when getting my cuticles removed. In addition, there is no point in making an appointment at this place – each time I’ve made an appointment, I’ve still had to wait about 45 minutes. I really loved coming to Unlimited Nails for my gel manis, but after the amount of times I’ve left the salon with my fingers bleeding I am no longer a customer.
