The ladies are great people. Let me first say that. However, I made it VERY CLEAR that I wanted to do a grey root to mid length with a pop of color the rest of the way down my STREAKS. She told me streaks weren’t actually a thing and I wanted highlights. No. I want streaks, accents, small sections, maybe 6-10 of this ombré combo randomly thru my hair to bring out my greying roots instead of always going black. Also told her my hair texture is tricky.

Jackie did a magnificent job on my hair. I have natural hair and have been home remedying it for quite a while now, looked at hours of YouTube videos trying to get that just from the salon look…..Never worked! Now my hair is soft, it has luster and body. And not weighed down by alot of products. On top of a great hair experience Jackie was a very genuine lady who also gave me hair care tips along with some excellent advice on a few topics we chatted about. All in all.
