I have been a customer for over a year and I enjoy my chair time with Heather ever 5 weeks. Staff is always friendly. And University carries the best hair supplies and products. I highly recommend the deep conditioning treatment with blowout. It leaves my hair silky smooth every time.

VERY unprofessional! I am disgusted with their service. I made an APPOINTMENT for a simple hair cut and I specifically stated that I only had an hour lunch, COULD they do it because I could not wait. She said yes, yes that’s fine they could take me immediately at 12:30. WELL I waited 10 mins before asking her about it and she said it was going to be another 10 mins. THAT is why i made an appointment and specifically said i needed to be taken within 5 mins. 5 MINS IS REASONABLE NOTHING ELSE!
