This place is great. The guy that gave me a haircut is named Phil. He’s very nice and did a good job. The price is the most inexpensive ($10) of all the places I’ve been to and he said he started out at the same price when he first opened up over 15 years ago – I found that pretty impressive. I would have given it five stars, but he only takes cash which I almost never have on me. Overall: highly recommend this place.
