Critical: ProfessionalismArrived 4 minutes late to my scheduled appointment because of a class, and the hairstylist had taken another random kid instead in my spot who had not been scheduled. When I came in and went to her, she fully ignored me until I confronted her 10 minutes later. Thought a previous cut was running late, so I patiently sat on the couch for a while, but nope.I was going to give her a nice tip for being a little late from the unexpected length of the class, but it unfortunately turned out like this with no communication whatsoever and a cold reply that she just took another customer. I also only needed a side trim that usually only took 15-20 minutes max in the past.
