First time patient with Dr. Arnold. Location is very nice and clean even though my doctor was running late she definitely didn’t disappoint. Dr. Arnold is the the best so far I’ve seen many other dermatologist and she was quick, but very precise with her approach, and knew exactly what my diagnosis was by looking at it spot on. Definitely highly recommend.

I was treated on my left lower eyelid for a basal carcinoma; first visit was to biopsy; Dr. Morgan Arnold was awesome! Explained everything and professional; came back a week later for Moh’s surgery performed by Dr. Ritterbush and Surgical Assistant Stacy; their compassion and expertise was awesome! This carcinoma removal took great intricate surgical care! They did a great job on a tedious procedure. Have to mention Elizabeth and office staff; great team and care!

The only problem I have is when I first check in. Your computer has told me two years in a row that my insurance has expired. I tell them it’s impossible, that I have been to four other doctors this year and my insurance is good. Finally after quite a few minutes will call me back and say it’s alright. This is hard and stressful on an old woman who has to see so many doctors and thinks everything is alright, then has to hear this. I spoke with Amy Holder at checkout about it and she said it had to be the system and she would look into it.
