I am very pleased with the haircuts my husband and boys received. My babies first haircut was a great experience. Everything was explained very well and he did awesome. Also my autistic son was treated so amazing. It was a good experience for him as well. All the guys here are respectful and great! This will be our go to barber shop! I’ve almost always gone with Chris, he’s very good and gives great styling tips. His cuts are clean and leave minimal excess cut hair after. I rarely have time to get my haircut; it’s not that it’s not a priority but when I do arrive at a barbershop typically it’s always busy which makes having a “GO TO BARBER” rare to come by ESPECIALLY IN DEKALB. Paymon at University Barbershop was not only phenomenal but fast friendly and most importantly efficient. As a customer we will always value different things when entering a barbershop, but not only was my time NOT wasted waiting, I was given powerful and thoughtful words of encouragement pertaining to my daily life. A barber is an artist, but I appreciate the philosophical barbers from back in the day. That’s what Paymon is, thanks again dude. So let me say that I got some pretty long, thick, curly hair. Most hair stylists/barbers have a hard time with my hair usually, but my first time coming here 6 months ago and seeing Paymon was great. He gave me the best haircut I ever got in like 6+ years. Dude knows how to handle curly hair, and he really takes his time to fine tune every little detail. I came back today, and Paymon pulls it off once again and gives me a sick new fresh cut. Thank you once again dude! Will definitely be back to see him again in another 4-6 months lol
