Very disrespectful owners and bad business etiquette. I call ahead to make sure they could fit me in. I walk in, get in line and was waiting for about 15 minutes. I got up, let the barber know I was walking across the street to grab a coffee and would be right back. By the time I got back at 4:40 (they closed at 5), they had locked the doors and would not even achknowledge that I was knocking on the door. They were still inside giving people haircuts and did not answer the phone. At the very least tell me you can’t give me a haircut anymore, don’t just lock the doors and act like I don’t exist.
