So let me first start off I started to come here last year in November for my bday and I decided last minute to bleach my hair fall colors I was scared as heck because I never been before and my lady move out of town when I said I was amazed about their service they are very welcoming respectful and I also come other times they have got me in and out. I am always getting wash blow dry cut and wrap they are so amazing thank you ladies for always taking me in even though I am pose to come every 2 weeks to month but I’m trying to get better but my busy schedule I come when I can . Only person who does decent hair is the young girl and now a days she doesn’t want to work. Wait times are ridiculous, family & friends walk in and you got to be ready to wait till the skip you in line. Organization is terrible communication is an issue and customer service is non existent. I’d drop my girl off to get her hair every weekend as of this year we can never get an appointment or anyone to even acknowledge her walking in. If you have all day and a half go here make sure you bring food and water possibly a stool because you’ll need it Blowouts

Critical: ProfessionalismI called the store to ask if they do walkins they said yes i got there shortly after to them telling me they’re closed when they weren’t they was doing someone else’s hair. The fellas here can cut extremely well. Never had a negative experience and always welcomed with warmth and friendliness. Great atmosphere and they take their time on you. If go-to barber isn’t there I have no problem sitting in any seat because they all cut really well. I’m only speaking on the barber side of the business. Never been to the hair salon side, but I’m sure they also do a great job.

They discriminated because my hair look like it was nappy so they decided to have me wait over two hours and a half and decided last minute that they will do my hair in five minutes and still refuse To do my hair as I was leaving the lady was eating food and said she’ll do my hair in five seconds and I still had to wait. I decided to leave because she still discriminated and they were speaking Spanish and ask if my friend speak Spanish because he is light skin and I am dark skin that means I don’t speak Spanish or I am not part of the race. They were still speaking Spanish and saying bad things about my hair I overheard them and I comb my hair out so they can see that I actually have nice beautiful curly hair then she decided she can do my hair with no problem after she seeing how I comb my hair out. That was discrimination in the salon will be reported do not bring your business there if you have curly hair or if you are black. I never been so embarrassed in my life. I am Cape Verdean.
