The truth I had my doubts to go there since I saw bad reviews but I still went and I do not regret it, the guy who attended me was kind and at all times asked me if everything was going well, I read in the bad comments that they pressure you to get there and ask for nails, but I think it’s their way of working and even if you ask them time to choose they are kind, In a certain part I liked it because the work they did was fast and well executed the only thing I would leave as advice is to clean and disinfect all their work tools at the time of serving each client since I did not see that and if it is something important but from there on everything very well for me.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySo I went not even a week ago to do my nails with SI and one broke on Saturday night. They are closed Sunday so when I went today SI was busy and some lady that sits at table 4 said she would do it. I get my nails long and she said she was going to charge me $5 because they were long I told her yes because I always get them long and she said its still 5. She rushed me and when I told her to add more polymer to the nail she got aggravated and then didn’t even finish just said go sit over there and took on another client. She also used nippers that weren’t sanitized and put them back in the drawer like they were clean. When I told her how long it would take she said it needs to dry. Ive never been told to sit somewhere else. I get up from where I first sit when I’m ready to go. And her response was if you don’t like it you can go. If I could give her 0 stars I gladly would. So I went not even a week ago to do my nails with SI and one broke on Saturday night. They are closed Sunday so when I went today SI was busy and some lady that sits at table 4 said she would do it. I get my nails long and she said she was going to charge me $5 because they were long I told her yes because I always get them long and she said its still 5. Critical: ProfessionalismI was super upset I heard good things about this place. I went in had a pedicure it was great. I went to get a manicure after they had me go with a different nail tech. She was horrible we pay alot for nails so we can look and feel good. She ended up have two cricked. I mentioned it to her she grabbed my hand cut the nail off glued a new one on and said is that better I’m think you tell me yo. I said yeah its straight some how she ended up still leaving it cricked!!! I mentioned it to one of the gentlemen that checked me out when I paid. I was super upset I heard good things about this place. I went in had a pedicure it was great. I went to get a manicure after they had me go with a different nail tech. She was horrible we pay alot for nails so we can look and feel good. She ended up have two cricked. I mentioned it to her she grabbed my hand cut the nail off glued a new one on and said is that better I’m think you tell me yo. I said yeah its straight some how she ended up still leaving it cricked!!! I mentioned it to one of the gentlemen that checked me out when I paid. Hopefully no one else has to experience what I did!!!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy grand daughters and myself had an appointment at 1:45 and did not get seated until 2:30 we would have left however we were given a gift certificate. Nick picks whom ever he wants he does not go according to who showed up first he placed one of my grand daughters at an empty booth and the other one was still waiting he picked another female that showed up at 2:25. Nick is also very rude on the phone with the customers that call in to make an appointment I don’t see why they would continue with their appointment after someone talks to them the way he does.
