The owner is really nice and experienced. She talked to me about my hair and what I need to do to take care of it at home. The prices are amazing and can’t be found anywhere. I always get my hair done here, they made my prom hair and makeup and everyone loved it. When ever i want to die my hair i go to Universal because they know how and what to use considering your hair type. So my hair doesn’t get damaged. Very experienced, nice people and good price.
