I originally had an appointment at another local nail salon and was refused my design request. I came to Unity Nails afterwards to ask if they could do my nails the way I wanted and they told me yes, it would be no problem. I was told to come back after my hair appointment, when I did Diane started on my nails promptly and was so detailed in just the shaping of the ballerina nails. When it came to the design she duplicated them perfectly I was blown away, Diane did a great job. The problem at the other nail salon was the fact I requested both matte and glossy nails to create certain designs and textures. Even though I had a bad experience prior at the other place, it was turned around by these ladies being so accommodating and kind to me. Thank you again to Diane and Vivian for getting me in on such short notice especially considering it’s the week before Christmas!

First time here and I absolutely love it. Came for a fill and pedi and they took their time with each. I usually have issues with making sure the nail polish stays off the cuticle, especially when it’s gel because once they start growing, polish comes off after and if I’m running my nails through my hair, it’s gets caught. The acrylic was shaped perfectly. I’m definitely coming back here.

Took my daughters here. They are extremely rude, argued with my daughters and refused to listen to what they asked for and instead did what they wanted with their nails. Despite this, I brought my daughter back. In the middle of her nails being done, the lady working on my daughter’s nails gets up and walks away without saying anything, and did not come back for 20 min.

Be sure not to leave your valuables behind (watches, rings, etc.). They will tell you they are too busy to look for it. I left my Apple Watch behind that has cellular service. I had left it on the side table when getting a spa manicure/pedicure). When I called in the phone, the staff said they that it wasn’t found and that they were too busy to look. I arrived at the store, I had to be very insistent, I spoke to the owner on the phone and told her that I knew the watch was in the store. I made the watch ring with the find my phone app. Within a few minutes they “found” my phone.
