Our Hair Studio Is the former Hair Cuttery. It is now independently owned by two Hair stylist, Haydee and Ana whom have a combined 15 years experience as Hair stylist. Our Hair studio is located steps away from Lou Roc’s Diner on West Boylston street, Worcester. We are proud to continue the excellent Beauty experience our owners and stylist have been offering for over a decade. We offer, Haircuts, Color Packages, Braiding, waxing, and many more Hair and Beauty services. We offer convenient appointments and walk-ins. We are open Monday – Saturday. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI walked in for the first time because location was convenient to my home and work.. made an appointment for 2 day later and walked out . Right when I got into my car I got a text saying I had multiple appointments. Today I got a text saying all appointments are canceled. They did try to call me first and didn’t get to th call. So I called them right back and was told they over booked.. and ” I dont know why they did that to you” I was like who..” this person and that person.. ” just blaming one another for dropping the ball.. so at the end of the conversation, it was clear that they dont want my business and they have NO customer services skills.Very unprofessional and disappointing givin the positve reviews.
