Place is dirty. They still use terry cloth towel do not change them between clients. Use the same instruments too. Even no clients they play on the phone instead of cleaning tables and chairs etc. Yuk.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Looking for a relaxing nail experience? Don’t come here. I came here to get my nails done before my wedding and I left more stressed than I came. The woman literally stopped doing my nails half way through to take another customer who was yelling and screaming about having a brain tumor and how she’s going to die and needs to get her nails done NOW. I am an empathetic person but this lunatic came in here in such a rude manner and called my mother and me “f-ing b*tches” for wanting the lady to finish our nails before taking her. We had to wait 30 mins with our nails half done.

My daughter and I went for a gel manicure and regular pedicure today and I had a manicure. It was absolutely terrible and we both left bleeding having our cuticles cut. My fingers are so sore and our nails look aweful. My daughters pedicure was terrible with chips at the top and they didn’t even file properly. My biggest fear is that they don’t sterilize their instruments and we can get infections. My mom went there a year ago and got an infection from a pedicure. They should be reported. I recommend staying away from this place.

I would not recommend this place. It’s very difficult to communicate with them. I went there today to get a mani and pedi and it’s the worst service ever. I was first there only one attendant was there. The manager hadn’t arrived as yet and it was only one person (the very small lady with the cleft lip, she doesn’t speak good English) it was very difficult to communicate with her and when I insisted on what I wanted she was rough with my fingers. They burn as I type this review. There was an older man there with her who fondled her and kiss her on the lips. This made me very uncomfortable. Not sure if mentally she is/was understanding wat was going on…seemed as if I walked in on something. Nevertheless the manager, her husband and Lisa arrived later. I ask to be change from her. They changed and the husband did my feet. However by the time I got home the clear polish she put on my fingers were already gone. I will never go back.
