Zen was great as far as having a conversation with me while getting my nails done. I was able to get in right away without and appointment which is why I gave this place 3 stars. However, I’m very disappointed with my gel manicure. went there a little over a week ago and my nails are chipping. I have had my nails done elsewhere for many years but decided to check this place out since my nail person was no longer at my previous location. I have been to this place a few times in the past and I’ve never had a good experience. From my nails breaking completely, to the acrylic cracking to this time. I have never had a gel manicure chip like this ever. I will not be going back.

Ivy is a pro at eyelash extensions. People ask me all the time where I get my lashes done. I love Ivy and her mad skills. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. She’s been doing my lashes for almost 2 years and will continue to see her. She does an amazing job! And Rose is wonderful at waxing – she manages to do it without it being painful at all. This is just a great salon – I love going here!

I wanted to get my nails done they started my rebase halfway through the girls stopped said she had her client was there she had to have someone else finished I needed to wait 15 minutes. Someone else finish the nails and charged me double for a rebase they really don’t care about customer service or quality work . There’s so many other nail salons around I won’t be going back

Today I went on this businesses website to check pricing for a set of acrylic nails. Their website pricing states that a full set of acrylic nails starts at $30 and up. I just called to make an appointment and confirmed pricing and the woman on the phone told me that no a full set of nails starts at $45 and up and that their website has the wrong price on it. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are and they don’t even honor the prices that they have on our website! Really really poor customer service! Why don’t they just Fix the numbers on the website! Are you kidding me

I’d give this place no stars if possible. My boyfriend brought me here to get a full set and a pedicure yesterday July 7th 2017. I went in with gel polish on my toes and the lady doing my pedicure instead of letting acetone soak it off filed and scraped until it was all off ruining the cuticles on almost all of my toes and causing me a fair amount of pain. Then I’m a rush to get me out they had another lady name ling do my full set while I was in the pedicure chair. She never asked me what shape I prefer my nails or anything of the sort. She proceeded to shape them all differently from each other and not even paint the full nail with the gel polish on any of them. The result is awful. I paid 105 dollars to get a gel pedicure and gel full set that doesn’t even look like a professional did it. It looks like I went to a beauty school and had some girl who just learned try to do my nails. Not to mention she cut my cuticles on my ring finger so badly that I bled. I will never return and will absolutely NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. if I could get a refund I would. I know nail places that charge 20 dollars for a full set of acrylic nails that do a better job than this place ever could. So furious should have demanded a refund.

I walked into this establishment with no appointment hoping to get my lashes removed. I had them applied somewhere else and was having an allergic reaction. They were very welcoming and caring to my situation. One of the lash techs stopped what he was doing to help me. I was so grateful they didnt turn me away and removed my lashes within a matter of minutes. The customer service I received was superb!
