Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been a customer of Tina for 12+ years. And I left United Nails and Tina when my mom got fungus so bad on her big toe so bad it now permanently damaged. But she reopened so we decided to give her a try again. BIG MISTAKE. As you see in the photos provided it’s not any better. EVERYTHING USED WAS NOT CLEANED. You can see in the photo as well how used the Mr. Pumice Bar I felt so gross sitting there. My feet have been itchy ever since. They don’t use new buffer pads or nail files either. I have been to 4 other nail salons where they sanitize everything multiple times in front of you plus tools are in a sealed clean bag before they start working in you. All files at other salons are new and thrown away in a trash where you can clearly see previous files also thrown away not reused. Also they don’t clean the tub shower head or the filters. I went with my mom and nephew with Mae, Lisa, and Kim and all of them used, used foot scrubbers. I regret going there I will never return. And I strongly advice anyone who is thinking to go here you will see. Nothing will be clean or sterilized. There are so many other places including the place across the street that follows Sanitation Guidelines. Also she claims to be going up in price because supplies cost more or she needs to get more supplies and yet my scrubber pad which cost ($.50- $1.00) was clearly used on many MANY others. So she’s saving more. Just say your increasing prices plain and simple. Idk.
