Took my best friend to this place for her birthday, as I have been there about four other times and had a decent experience. This time we left with scratches, bruises (the next day) and could hardly walk afterwards. The employees were talking to each other and laughing during the entire process. I literally couldn’t sleep on my back for two solid days. I have had two children and child birth wasn’t as bad. These people are not skilled and I would highly recommend not doing business here. I have to say, this is my first 1 star review that I have ever completed, but I felt like I needed to share my experience to hopefully save others from the experience we had.

Call ahead! They rarely have openings, and they aren’t really a walk in massage place. They don’t speak very much English, so be prepared to have whatever massage they decide to give you. If you are looking for a no talking massage, this would be a good choice. If you have anything specific you do or don’t want done, you may need to look elsewhere.

I’ve been here about 5 times, quality of massage varies. This last time will be my last visit. Massage was less than the hour I paid for, massage was almost horrible, AND THE MASSEUSE WAS ON HER MOBILE PHONE with one hand during the foot massage. When I tried to explain to her afterwards while I wasn’t going to tip, she just waved me off… so, this place kinda sucks.

I can’t believe I wasted all my money at Massage Envy when I could of had this!!!! 11/2 massage for way less and I’ve never felt so good!!! Best massage I’ve ever had …period!!! It’s not corporate operated and you really get 11/2 hours not cut short 10 minutes before your time like ME!! Love this place!!!

Went there on my birthday with my sisters, and will probably never get a massage again because of this horrible experience. They would leave you uncovered and exposed for a period of time. At one point they left my door open to answer a phone call, not to mention my room was the first one in the lobby. I do not recommend United Foot Massage to anyone.

I have gone here a few times and love what they do but today a lady kept coming in and talking to the guy messaging me. I told him at the end that was very rude and his English sucks so I don’t think he even understood me. This has happened more than once and I can tell you that I will give them one more chance and if this happens again, I’m done. I can find a different place that actually shuts the door and doesn’t have someone popping there head in every five minutes.
