I’ve literally been crying ALL DAY, i never had my hair dyed before and i wanted to go into the new years looking like a skittle king. My hair is ruined. i didnt know what to expect. Its so uneven, i dont even wanna leave my room. My hair is my world and they ruined it. For once in my life i feel ugly. 200$ wasted. I was happy in the shop because they shown me the pic with the vibrant colors (notice how my roots arent showing) i go home and tie my hair up and saw disaster. Melanie was my stylist. Now i gotta save up for another 2 months to get it fixed SOMEWHERE ELSE. The picture with the platinum hair and rainbow is what i wanted btw but with my natural brown on top. UPDATE: my skin got burnt/melted. The whole back of my neck stings bad.

Critical: ProfessionalismCongrats you ladies knocked out my curls!!! I loved my curls until the last lady who cut and straightened my hair. I’ve straighten my hair before and my curls ALWAYS returned it’s been 3 weeks and they still haven’t returned!!! Critical: Professionalism, QualityFelt rushed and unwelcoming. One of the staff was on her phone while working on a customer and let out a few F bombs. Very unprofessional. Seemed chaotic as to which stylist was available anytime a customer came in. Not sure if receptionist was new but she didn’t seem very sure of her job. Also wearing a low cut blouse. Again not professional especially that she’s the first person you interact with when coming in. My stylist did a nice job with my hair but would’ve liked for her to not be so quick. I didn’t get the impression she wanted to invest much time with me on hair color. After styling my hair she didn’t ask if I liked it. Didn’t like not being able to pay the tip with a debit/credit card. If the service was more welcoming and friendly I wouldn’t have minded what I paid.
