I really like how fast they were at the salon. I went to the shop to do cornrows showed the lady what I wanted ..got nothing like it! plus the hair was too tight, I had to take it out after two days. The lady did my hair complaining about the toughness of my hair although I had straighten it, complains about the length of my braids and she only had to do 6 cornrows . She ended up increasing the agreed price of braiding after my hair was done .

I used to like their services a lot. I love the owner of the store. I just feel like the ladies that are there doing the hair love to gossip. I know they are Nigerians (mostly Yorubas) but as a Nigerian lady who understands some Yoruba its so discouraging to hear the things they talk about (like oh you lost weight/oh you added weight/oh you look sad). All of that feels unneccessary and unprofessional. As for the pricing, these two ladies negotiate in Yoruba on what a price to give (so prices are not set). That feels like cheating. I also hate how they complain about how bad my hair is, with all the treatments I have used from them- I have not see any significant growth. I love the owner of this store, she does brows so well. I just wish they can make a valid price list that is displayed to the customers instead of creating prices in their heads to overprice. I do not think that is the way to go. This is another reason why I try not to come to their stores for my hair, I know that I would be spending 250-500$ each time.

Rosemary is Very friendly, provides prompt service, and is attentive to detail. Would give 4.5 stars if option available. Could be a little neater in the shop, but also understand that cutting hair can be a bit messy. Hope the nearby bridge work is done soon, so parking accessibility and traffic flow improves.

I agree with all the overpriced reviews. I feel cheated every time I go here. No set prices. Prices are given according to the owner’s mood. Plus my hair was not properly done.
