Do not recommend this place! She puts on way too much glue and also pinched my eye lid with the tweezers she had and literally my eyelashes only lasted 6 hours! Please do not go!

Spent 30$ not too bad for lashes short natural look they looked amazing and she told me just touch up with water around the night she did them then water would be okay I wash my face and my lashes had clumps of glue under so when water hit the lashes it made them itch bad I rubbed my eye one time 3 of the pieces rubbed off as well I looked in the mirror my whole lash set was basically gone within 2day span never going back for a lash set again just a waste of money when I could’ve got some falsies

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve always gone here to get my eyebrows threaded. Everytime they do a great job and don’t make them too thin. This past time I went I of course was wearing a mask because it is still mandated. I walk in and one lady is wearing a mask and the other is not. Another customer walks in behind me and the one with the mask helps her so I’m stuck with the other lady. She never once put a mask on. She’s literally breathing in my face doing my eyebrows. I was very irritated and made sure to act like I was. It’s just nice to wear one when someone else is. I have had my brows threaded there about 8 times since the have opened and have been pleased every time! It hurts a little more than waxing but I’m sensitive to wax on my face so I love this alternative as it is just as cheap and is more precise and lasts a long time! I was skeptical at first but they offered free brow threading when they first opened and I was hooked! The pain is definitely worth how perfect your brows look and the more you get it done the less it hurts. The lady that does mine is super sweet and always remembers me from the time before. The salon is very clean and everyone is nice and professional. I plan on going there this week to get mine done agin for free on my punch card! I wish I would have tried threading sooner!

Had the best experience ever! This is a new business located in the mall next to the mail salon. I had my very first eyebrow threading done. Along with a facial and brow tint! They were so welcoming and sweet. I could tell they want to build relationship with customers by trying to get to know me and also making sure I was taken care of. It was also my birthday and after I paid they ran out of the store to catch me to give me a small gift! How amazing?! Something so simple made my day! This place is exceptional! I usually get my brows done in Birmingham but was grabbing some things at the mall and thought I’d just get them done while I was there..big mistake! The lady didn’t ask me at all if I wanted to keep my shape or anything, just went to town and made my brows look exactly like hers. Well the next day, my entire forehead is broken out and I have sores in places she obviously got my skin and not just hair. No wonder it hurt WAY worse than usual. Would not recommend this place at all. Great price but, you get what you pay for..
