I usually come to this place of business but unfortunately I have to leave a bad review . This place has lost my business once they waxed off my eyebrow, and gave me ingrown hairs . I got waxed two weeks ago and I haven’t shaved before I got waxed . My ingrowns hurt and they’ve been hurting since I got waxed . I had no ingrown hairs when I got to this place to get waxed . The worse part is them trying to fix my eyebrow with the henna honestly just made it worse . I wont be returning to this location , and they have officially lost my business as a customer.

This place is really good if you’re looking for hygienic conditions and cleanliness in addition to the best services. Staff is welcoming and what I like the most that they listen to the costumers what they want and in which style.In case of facial also they always put great relaxing music ,good smell and they chew chewing gum so as to prevent our faces from any kind of bad breath etc. Prices are also great. Simi is very cooperative and gives me great threading. A small piece of advice that you should keep a hanger to keep the clothes while doing facial instead of putting them on stool.also be careful while doing threading to avoid tiny scratches and wounds. Keep up the good work and keep us posted with great offers.

Sadly, I won’t be returning. I am very disappointed because I actually come to Unique Threading Studio at least twice a month. I will say this is the FIRST time I’ve ever had an issue, but it’s most likely because I’ve stayed with the same lady (Seeme I believe, she’s pretty good) for my brows. However, that’s no excuse I should be able to receive any service without any issues. I’m not sure if I can ever forgive them for this!

This place is awesome for waxing and eyebrow threading. I was having bad reactions from three wax at NB so I tried threading here. They are so accurate and my brows airways look great. The wax experience is also great. I don’t do brow waxing but every other place I wax always looks good and never have a bad reaction. The ladies are all very sweet. This is the only place I’ll go now. I don’t have the experience, but others tell me the brow tinting here is also the best.

Let me start off by saying I love Rose and the service she provides. The reasoning behind the 2 stars is because there seemingly is some issue with the card machine/rewards service that is always offline that causes inconvenience because no one really carries cash. That should really be worked on!
