My brows were shaped and colored exactly the way I like them even at the first visit and my lashes look great even after 2 weeks with no fall off. Excellent customer service from Hiral. Very pleasant and professional. She listens to what her customer wants. Threading is precise and catered to customer needs. She uses natural wax and does a clean waxing job. Very good hygiene. Does not reuse wax tube for the next customer. She also provides good beauty tips. Reasonable rates. Hiral is the absolute best! I had my eyebrows and chin threaded first. When I returned I indulged in a Diamond facial. My skin is glowing and I have received so many compliments! In addition the massage on my face with the facial was so relaxing. I went to sleep. And, she recommended the rosemary oil with my rose water spray to address the eczema around my eye area! It has been a game changer for me! The flaking in that area has subsided significantly! I will return again and again! 10/10 recommend!
