I never make reviews but I had to for this. The last two times I’ve been here I’ve been dissatisfied with my experience. The costumer service is up to par but it’s like they are lackadaisical when threading. Multiple technicians. For the sake of my brows I can’t go back.

Yesterday I was seen by Kristy an she did an Amazing jobwith the Shape of my brows an she left the right amount of hair on themwithout me having to mention anything about a particular way I wanted them, actually since I’ve been going here I only had to mention once how I wanted them so far I’ve seen 3 different ladies an Kristy is on the top of my listladies I definitely recommend Kristy she did me so good I had to ask her what days she work I will definitely be back an I see other services I willbe trying soon an I can wait. I had my lashes done here before Christmas they lasted 3 weeks, I was very impressed, howeverI am out waiting now to get lashes done and a note is on the door saying they will be back in 15 mins it’s been well over 30 mins and I am still waiting for them to open back up, not good business practice!

HORRIBLE. Been growing out my eyebrows since March (9 months) and I went in to get them threaded; letting them know I did NOT want them thin and that I needed them arched. She not only made them thin but also caused them to be 2 different heights and shapes (one is arched and the other one is straight). I told her before I left that she did exactly what I told her not to do but at that point nothing could be done. I have NO idea how I’m going to fix this. Eyebrows take a LONG time to grow them out. I will NOT return
