Booked an appointment online never received a confirmation so I called to confirm my appointment and the two Hispanic woman who answered over the phone I said yes you’re fine to come in but did not care to check that my appointment was valid. Our daughter is 3 with severe autism and we have trouble finding people who will work with us to get a good hair cut not just a good enough hair cut. Today phoebe had the best cut she has ever had! Sonya was amazing we will be coming back! Love it!
