The worst pedicure I have ever had. I went there for years and they were great. Changed owners and all went downhill. The staff spoke no English. All had to be translated. No idea what I wanted. Did not apply a top coat and all polish was chipped off within a couple of days. Pedicure

They ended up getting an appointment the day before at Unique. I was hesitant, as I had never been there before. I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience. Cierly did my facial. She did such a great job. It was relaxing yet very effective, as she was extremely thorough. They even notified me of a promotion going on when I went to pay, which resulted in the service costing less than what it was booked for. My boys scheduled me for a weekend getaway for mother’s day in the Cape. They tried to book a facial at the salon in the hotel where we were staying but they were booked. They ended up getting an appointment the day before at Unique. I was hesitant, as I had never been there before. I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience. Cierly did my facial. She did such a great job. It was relaxing yet very effective, as she was extremely thorough. I was in the area for business and needed to get a root touch up. The stylist asked if she could put a few highlights in to make the roots blend. I agreed but I wanted them natural looking and not too light. While I was processing she checked a section and I told her it looked way too light but she had me sit 10 minutes more. The highlights came out way too light. The process damaged my scalp and I had to see a dermatologist and am still undergoing treatment. I have had my hair colored for 30 years and never had an issue. And my fault for not asking ahead what the price was but I paid over $100 more than I pay at my home salon for the same services.

I got an A+ wash and cut with Daniele. I love my haircut, it came out just like the picture I showed her. They also recommended an excellent leave-in conditioner. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

I was in town for the week of my wedding and needed an appointment quick to get my eyebrows waxed. Unique was able to take me in right away. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done and it was such a great experience, I know I will have a problem finding another place that measures up. My make-up girl also said they did a great job when she saw my eyebrows on the day of the wedding. Thanks so much! I’ll be home again in a few months and may stop in again for a touch up.
