I booked my appointment online with Lynn last night and she was absolutely amazing today with my pedicure. I let her know my feet are extremely sensitive so they tickle easily, we fixed my broken nail, I just got basic black gel on my toes and I also got an eye brow wax. Pricing wasn’t to crazy to me. Kim is the absolute best nail tech I’ve ever had. Perfection every single time & I’m so very picky! I’ve had my powder done with Charlie also & he was good. Somebody always says hello when clients come in. It’s always clean too. I like that I can schedule online and tip on venmo. I’m going to try their brow services next!

Honestly disappointed. First off extremely over priced. The lady Kim who did my nails is awesome, I loved her but the fact that I’m having issues with my nails 3 weeks in is super disappointing especially after paying I00 dollars for them. Which in my oppion is a tad ridiculous. Yes I get longer nails but they shouldn’t be as much as that. And I shouldn’t have to be gluing them down. Just the over all quality wasn’t great. I won’t sadly be coming back. I’ll find somewhere else for a better price and better overall quality.

My sister and I took our mother to Unique Nails for her birthday. We all got pedicures! The service was great! My technician, Tam, did a great job! We did have an appointment. Walk-ins that we observed waited about 10 minutes, however, Tan, the manager – owner highly recommends an appointment as walk-ins could wait longer than 10 minutes. The technicians took extra care of our Mom which we appreciated. The employees seemed warm and friendly. The store looked clean and well set up. The prices seemed in line with other companies; maybe a little less expensive from what I have experienced. It was a relaxing, fun experience which I hope we do again! Thanks Unique Nails!

This isn’t Yvonne, husband. I’m sorry that job she did on my wife with her hair was just plain awful. My wife gets tears everytime she looks in the mirror!! Paid this woman twice .I think I’m going on ahead with the baby. my opinion she don’t know what the hell she is doing. Thanks. Disgusted with unique hair and nail business.

I’m writing this review because my wife went here to have her hair done and she is totally disgusted with the outcome. Not only did this woman … won’t use her name, but she is due for a baby soon. Did my wife’s hair 1st time washed out immediately. She paid over 200 bucks +tip. Second time next day her hair is orange!!! What the hell, CLOSE TO 400 BUCKS LADY!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY. TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE. NOT TO MENTION MY WIFE HAS TO WALK AROUND WITH ORANGE HAIR!!!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING

Where do I begin? Booked an appointment online as my schedule is pretty busy and doesn’t allow me much time to wait. Actually booked and Phouc — which I read good reviews about her. Walk in a few minutes early and apparently she was busy with another customer. They decide to give me someone else who was rather new. Keep in mind, I got the deluxe ($65) pedicure which with gel polish, would have cost $85 in total. On top of being higher priced than most places, it does not seem that customers are the first priority. Several times I asked the new woman to cut my cuticles and several times she ignored me. I eventually decided to leave. But being that I am professional, I still was okay with paying a portion for the time. I was charged $48 of the $65 and the owner stated it was because I received half the service. Half the service I guess was the 10 min salt scrub and them halfway removing my gel nail polish. I asked the owner, how I am paying over 50% of a service I didn’t receive and his answer was “he was charging for what I got up to that point” —- he also said it was my responsibility to ask for a translator being that the new woman didn’t speak much English and couldn’t understand what I was asking for. —- in situations like this, the customer is truly always right. But even in my disappointment, I still tried to find a resolution and still paid… only to be blamed for the entire situation. I did not receive a neck wrap, the deluxe was not deluxe and I was still charged for barely receiving a service. I was charged $48 for “half” of a deluxe pedicure when a standard pedicure was $35. I personally will not be back… nor will anyone in my circle of associates. They are unreasonable and unprofessional. As long as we continue giving our money in environments like this… it will continue.
