The service was good and everyone was nice and it had a nice atmosphere. However when I was getting the nail shaped, the acrylic cracked. The girl filled it with gel and the very next day the nail broke.

Phim took care of it all and cleaned up my feet so well! I am beyond impressed. I was in the area for the weekend. I checked the reviews and since it was so positive I decided to make an appointment. The reviews were right on point. Clean salon, friendly staff, great pricing. Everyone is so sweet! Their prices are the best anywhere, and they never over charge you. Pim is so very talented, and no one does my nails better! She does the most amazing art work, and they both know everyone by name! There are so many nail salons in our area, but i will always go back to Unique!

I’m really disappointed!!! I went there on Friday, by Monday, my gel polish peeled off on my hands and toes! I called prior to going to check the price and she told me it would be 62 but somehow it ended up being $95 because of the chrome color I chose?! Nice people, but so disappointed. I’m going to call to see if I can get it fixed free of charge today

Amazing work, atmosphere and staff! I saw Tina today, who took me on short notice and not only took the time to fix my nails (from the shotty job i got at I Spa ) but was super nice and my nails came out great! I have been jumping around finding to find a good salon at a good price since i moved to the area and I have definately found THE ONE!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI saw their work on IG, kind of misleading because I requested ombre white and pink mid length nails. The technician was unsure of how to accomplish this and never shared that until she had already applied too much white and could not remove it unless she filed or soaked them all off. . She continued to make excuses about having done this on longer styled nails . Mistakes happen but the lack of honesty and even an Apology for wasting 40min of my time. I so left with my natural, but much thinner nails after excessive filing and drilling my hands look worse after coming here.
