If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first visit and I just needed a basic pedicure with regular white polish. The nail tech was disconnected from the service the entire time. I kept being pressured into getting a $50.00 upcharge pedicure but I refused. I was asked 4 times to get gel polish and I refused because I don’t wear gel polish — I wear traditional or regular nail polish.

Went in for a new full set and this lady is legit digging into my flesh aggressively to get my acrylic nails off. I get that’s it takes a little work to get off a set but at the level she was going was painful then the boss comes and ask to soak them off instead like thats what should’ve been done that instead literally digging out my under nail flesh. Never again.
