It was my first time here and from the start they were welcoming and answered all my questions. My nails aren’t crooked or anything and they were done fast and efficient. The nail tech even kept asking if I was ok and if I liked them to ensure I got what i wanted. They really lived up to all there Best of the West awards, thank you Unique Nails & Spa!

I normally walk out of this place in love with my nails Lily & Tommy are truly the best. I selected Tommy as my nail tech this visit. However he was extremely busy so Natalie ended up doing my nails today and I’m highly disappointed. I don’t ever leave reviews but todays experience was just ridiculous.

I don’t think this salon is sanitary or friendly. I had to wait 30 min to an hour to be started on but they started on my daughter’s right away. Then they rushed through mine and did my mani-pedi with 2 different people at the same time. I have never received such a fast leg or hand massage. I asked for an exact quote when I came in and told them exactly what I wanted. I was then charged $20 more at the end. I told them the amount the other person quoted originally and was told in response that it was due to the length they did. They never told me of the up-charge until they charged me at the end.

Thie, my nail technician, was personable, attentive to detail, and absolutely pleasant to converse with during my appt. It’s impossible not to listen to surrounding conversations when you’re sitting for almost an hour, but I learned trade tips, favorite restaurant restaurants, and funny stories as I received excellent nail service. I will definitely return and look forward to the next color and pattern design! Thank you Unique Nail Spa for your customer service, and for letting me know if I have any problems within the next 2 weeks, they will be corrected at no additional cost!
