My French manicure looked nice then after a few days began looking dirty and gray on the tips. Must be the polish, place was nice and clean but need a manicure to last more than a few days, I get gel and it usually lasts 3wks for me.

I rarely get my nails done. I’m a very active person and I’m rough on my hands (lots of baking, gardening, general rough activities). I was hesitant to have my nails done for a formal event because the three other times I’ve done it in the past at other locations, my nails ended up horrible and way too long to use. I was 100% pleasantly surprised with my experience here. The staff was quick, but friendly, and it seemed as though they really wanted to give me the best value service. The gal doing my nails asked my opinion along the way and made sure I was happy with length/shape/color every step of the way.

Critical: QualityVery sloppy nail shaping my tips aren’t sticking and I was charged 50$ I will never return there! The woman is rude and pushy with my hands! I was not satisfied the least bit! Having nails done is pleasure for women! Not supposed to be a worse night mareService: Manicure

Critical: ProfessionalismMy mother purchased a gift card for $100. I used $30, and then due to covid asked for an extension. Thankfully, they were accommodating. However, we had a difficult time making it back in with the covid shutdowns (I work in healthcare). We went to redeem them, and they accused us of changing the date of expiration. I was mortified, but also didn’t want to lose out on $70. Ultimately, they labeled me as a liar in front of my two young daughters. We’ve been much happier at LA nails down the road. It’s been a difficult year, and I was disappointed to be treated so poorly.Services: Manicure, PedicureMy mother purchased a gift card for $100. I’m giving them 2 stars, because my pedicure results were actually pretty decent & the place seems pretty clean.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueSo I call early in the am (around 10am). I request a fill in and a pedicure over the phone. The lady agreed that I could come at 12:00. Upon arrival she asks me for the color I’d like on both my hands for my fill in and pedicure. I go to sit down to pick the color for my fill and tell her I’d like white for my toes. I proceed to the waiting area until I’m called. She starts my fill in (In which I didn’t like, expressed the concern and she had no desire of fixing. This review isn’t about that so I won’t go into detail). After the fill is complete I sit and wait to be directed to the pedicure area and she then asks me if I’m ready to pay. I ask about the pedicure and she then says the man has an appointment at 1:00. I then tell her that I called and and made and appointment and she begins to say I didn’t and maybe I called another salon. First of all, upon walking into the salon I tell you that I called and made and appointment and I every tell you then what the appointment was for. Second of all, why in the world would you ask me about the color I’d like for my toes if you all had no intentions on completing that service? I was so frustrated, I paid for my fill and walked out.Service: Acrylic nailsSo I call early in the am (around 10am). I request a fill in and a pedicure over the phone. Lingering Enigma
I visited this nail salon with my 12 year old daughter while visiting the area from Florida. I got French tip manicure that looked horrible, and my daughter got her nails painted. The total price was $50, and I tipped $12. I didn’t bother to worry about how my nails turned out, because that’s not really a big deal to me, the trip to the salon was for my daughter anyway. However, I was looking at my card statement after the fact and noticed that I was charged twice for the service plus tip, totaling $112. So I called the salon, and they first tried telling me that my daughter and I both got a full set of acrylic nails…which we did not. Then they tried denying that I was charged twice, so I sent them screenshots from my account to prove the total charge. The owner then FaceTimed me with a customer to show me my receipt, which was unnecessary considering I had it in front of me, and I told them that. While I was explaining the issue again over FaceTime, the man that works there was sitting in the background laughing. The owner said she will check with the bank tomorrow and see if they did in fact charge me twice, but at this point, that will not change my opinion of this place. Just completely unprofessional, and I wish it was possible to give zero stars. I will absolutely never return.

I thought that all nail techs had to be licensed? The guy who was working on my nails clearly had no idea what the hell he was doing. I had gel polish on my toes, and he was going to use his clippers to peel the polish off! Anyone knows that damages your nails. Then he kept stabbing my toes with the pointed clippers. He pulled the skin off around one of my toes, and was surprised when I said that it hurt and asked him to please be more careful. He asked if I wanted my toe. Ails cut down and when I said yes he took the clippers and grabbed my toe as well as the nail! That was it I walked out. I don’t know if the two woman that work there know what they are doing but this guy sure as hell didn’t. I would never take my dog there let alone recommend it to anyone else. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would!

Never in my life have I see such a terrible nail job. My sister is getting married in 2 days and her experience at this place was a nightmare. I am so disgusted about how she was treated and “rushed” out the door because another appointment was waiting. She was charged $65 and a 2 year old could have done a better job. The glitter is at the cuticle of every nail but one, glitter and polish all over her skin, and noticeable globs of nail polish everywhere. I’ll be sure to make sure others know this as well. Negative stars .. unreal
