Critical: Professionalism, ValueI ALWAYS use this nail shop Bc I’ve always had a great experience with zero problems. Today was much different. My normal tech was occupied with another customer so I used another tech which was fine with me. She was very rude. Laughed when I told her the color and length I wanted and also burned the tips of my fingers multiple times trying to get the access acrylic that was caked under my nail with no apology, only laughing every single time. The lady sitting beside me shook her head and apologized Bc she could see how much pain I was in. Not only that, I left my debit card at home and didn’t realize it until I search my wallet.(service was 45..I had 35 cash) So I asked Joey about their cash app to pay the remaining 10 and he proceeded to say he’s NEVER DONE THAT, when I love witnessed with my own eyes. It’s just sad that they treat normal customers(some not all) so rude. Especially when I’ve NEVER given them any issues.
