The little man manager there was extremely rude. I went in for a polish change. I chose my gel color from the color ring then I placed the color ring down on the table. He immediately came and jerked the color ring up and I was like why did that happened? I just ignored him and waited to get my nail service. Next, I went to the nail technician. I could tell that she didn’t want to do my fingernails immediately. She was extremely rude as well. She rushed to remove the gel polish then she cut the table light off on me and walked away. I was like why are these people so rude. The only thing that I can conclude…Racism. All I did was walk into their salon for nail service. I was not rude. I was not rushing. I just came in and sat down. This establishment needs to be mindful of how you treat Americans because you don’t know who is sitting on the other side of the table. It might be time for North Carolina to look into the business practices of this salon to determine the legitimacy of the employees that they have providing services. I left a $0.01 tip and now you know why. I also wrote the words horrible service on my receipt. I will not be returning, however, North Carolina business Regulators might be.

I’ve been coming to this location for pedicures and nail sets for years. The salon is always clean and the staff is very professional. The nail technicians are very careful to do an excellent job, and are accommodating to customer needs. I highly recommend this business for manicures and pedicures! (I haven’t tried any of their other services yet)

well the receptionist was a very nice. But the young lady that was told to do my nails as soon as I sat down she instructed me that she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have my color and if I want it polish instead explain to her that I do not want polish on my nails I want the nude color acrylic. And then I said “you know what never mind you obviously don’t wanna do my nails I’ll take my business elsewhere”but on my way out the door the reception stopped me and said I do have that color now that made me feel some type of way do you have any color but you don’t want to do my nails you don’t want my business . So then I proceeded to sit back down receptionist brought the color that I needed and the young lady that was doing my nails and made me feel very uncomfortable why was it in her chair I noticed a dent in my nails and she said don’t worry about that I’ll just file that I said sweetie there’s a dent in the acrylic you will have to reapply acrylic in that area not file it down if you file it down he will make my nails uneven. mind you I have stiletto nails so with that being said. my experience here was not the best however as a business owner I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt and I give everyone a chance to redeem themselves

I needed to kill an hour before meeting friends so just stopped in here. They were able to take me right away for one very luxurious pedicure. Extremely clean and very thorough. If I lived in the area, this is the only nail salon I would visit! Excellent service and a beautiful environment.
